Frequently asked

How do I cancel Moojiw Pro?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so they are cancelled in your Apple ID settings, not inside Moojiw. On your iPhone: Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Moojiw → Cancel Subscription. You can also do it at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep Pro until the period you already paid for runs out, and everything except the Pro extras keeps working after that. For a refund, ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue one ourselves.

How do I delete my account?

In Moojiw, open the Account tab and choose Delete account, then confirm. This permanently deletes your account, your friends and the meals you shared into buckets. It cannot be undone.

Your solo diary is stored on your phone rather than on our servers, so it stays where it is; deleting the app removes it. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, because Apple owns that side of it, so cancel it separately using the steps above. If you cannot get into the app, write to notsu@devpon.com and we will delete it for you.

How do I invite a friend?

Open your bucket and tap Invite friends. Moojiw creates a link and hands it to the share sheet, so you can send it through LINE or anywhere else. Your friend taps it, and if they have Moojiw the app opens straight into your shared bucket. If they do not, the link opens a page that tells them what Moojiw is and where to get it, and the invite still works once they install it.

You both need to be signed in for a shared bucket, since that is what gives the bucket somewhere to live other than one phone. Once you are in, meals you drop in show up for each other, you can react to them, and you keep one shared Moochi flame going.
